Areas of Expertise

Counselling & Psychotherapy

As a psychotherapist, I specialize in offering online counselling sessions to clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties, which may include:

  • anxiety

  • depression and low mood

  • burnout and work/study stress

  • relationship difficulties

  • low self esteem/self confidence

  • stress related to illness

I have a particular interest in supporting clients with perinatal mental health including working with miscarriage, fertility issues, IVF, pregnancy, childbirth and the post-natal period.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions and work towards healing and personal growth.
